Donna BroadusDonna Broadus is an experienced real estate professional, specializing in residential resale, new home sales, lake/farm property and land. Donna, who has been a multi-million dollar producer with Cassidy & Company, has sold hundreds of homes and properties in the Cherokee, Cobb and surrounding north metro Atlanta area. She co-founded MyPropertyTaxAppeal.net with Larry Singleton in 2009.

Larry SingletonLarry Singleton has vast knowledge and experience in commercial and residential real estate in Georgia. Singleton, a former Cherokee County Commissioner, has been a Certified General Appraiser (#1043) in Georgia since 1990. He has appraised thousands of commercial and residential properties for both private and public entities. The Atlanta Business Chronicle has named his company as one of the top appraisal firms in Metro Atlanta.Larry recently completed the training to become a State of Georgia County Hearing Officer in tax assessment cases.

A licensed real estate broker since 1989, he also serves as president of EDT Real Estate, LLC (EDTRE). EDTRE specializes in healthcare real estate, primarily in the representation of physicians and their practices.

He co-founded MyPropertyTaxAppeal.net with Donna Broadus in 2009.
